What an Inspection Covers
Every Component That Matters in Gibson County
A real inspection goes beyond what’s visible from a quick walk across shingles. We work systematically through every component that affects how your Trenton roof performs.
Shingle condition. Granule loss patterns, cracking, curling, and impact damage indicating previous hail exposure. Different parts of a roof age differently, and uneven wear patterns tell us where to focus.
Wind-event damage indicators. Lifted shingles, compromised fasteners, and stress patterns that show where previous severe weather may have weakened the system without producing immediate failure.
Flashing integrity. Around chimneys, vent pipes, skylights, and roof valleys where Gibson County freeze-thaw cycles cause separation. Flashing failures are the most common source of leaks on older Trenton homes.
Attic conditions. Where access allows, we check the underside of the roof deck for moisture stains, current or past leak signs, and ventilation adequacy.
